139-140 Park Lane, Mayfair
An illustrated history in support of applications for listed building consent and planning permission to refurbish this imposing stone faced block of flats as an hotel. Built to designs of Frank Verity for the Duke of Westminster in 1913. Falling property values and a lack of tenants led to the demolition of the two 18th century speculative houses, Somerset House and Camelford House, which had previously stood on the site.

Queen Street Centre, Cardiff
General history with picture and map research in support of a planning application to redevelop this important city site. A listed façade was sensitively incorporated within the design for this new office and retail centre.

Cannon Brewery, St John's Street, Islington
Detailed planning history of the various buildings which together stand as a monument to the achievements of 19th century brewery design, The earliest mention of a brewhouse on this site is in a Charterhouse Survey of 1654 which mentions the 'Unicorn Inn' "lately built".
