Harewood Avenue, Marylebone
Commissioned by a public property company to validate the title right of certain lands at Marylebone acquired in the late 19th century by the Great Central Railway Company from Lord Portman but never actually used for railway purposes. The importance of establishing right of ownership was paramount for the redevelopment of this land to proceed.
